Money Beliefs Transformation

by Sadie on May 26, 2012

This is a tool to use when you find yourself in conflict about money matters and want to transform a negative or limiting belief into a more positive and empowering one. When you find that what you are doing is not working, check out what or who is driving this state of mind. Try “being “ in reflection before “doing”, then choose to change your beliefs and transform your behavior. Practicing self-management in decision making and around your emotions will greatly improve the quality of your life. Setting your financial intentions and changing behaviors is key.

I’m sending this link to a friend of mine, who will love your beliefs transformation suggestions. It really does make a huge difference when you shift the way you express things (whether to the world or even just to yourself!) Very powerful.

Hi Col,
Thanks for your support and follow-up. You are so kind and considerate, and patient!! I’m on my website and using the instruction sheet to review my comments. I only approve two (yours and another gal named Stephanie) ….smile. Stephanie gave me some interesting feedback so I replied and asked her to be more specific. I’ll be checking in with you after I play around a bit more. I suspect there will be some glitches that you can help me with.

Trust you’re doing well after all your medical issues especially that “heart” surgery. I’m so glad that you loved your surgeon!! What do you suppose the ‘heart surgery’ as a metaphor means? What needed to be healed? Lea recently had a pain in her lower right abodomen (and she too has ‘heart’ issues), she went in for a ultrasound and said she may have ‘Irritable Bowel Syndrome” that is related to diet and STRESS. I said to her that sometimes I’ve witnessed her ‘irritated’ with the stress of being overwhelmed with tasks especially with the kids. I found that interesting that she demonstrates irritability when overwhelmed and that that it showed up in this diagnosis (the name…) and why I put forward the questions. Forgive me…it’s my curiosity that wonders out loud and in writing..ha,ha.

Lovingly, Sadie
